STAYING AT THE HOTEL

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Check-in from 14:00 h
Check-out until 11:00 h
Luggage can be deposited at the reception desk before check-in or after check-out.

CHF 5.60 per person per day (charged separately).

RECEPTION DESK

Open daily from 8:00 h until 17:00 h.

BREAKFAST

Generous breakfast buffet from 7:30 until 10:00 h.
The costs are included in the room price.

You can book half board at any time during your stay:

Register to connect to our Wi-Fi network through the Schilthorn Cableway website. You will receive the access code by SMS. If your SMS service is not activated, please ask for the access code at the reception desk. You will be automatically connected to our Wi-Fi network at all Schilthorn Cableway stations and restaurants.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

LUGGAGE SERVICE

Luggage carts are at your disposal at the valley station in Stechelberg. In Mürren, they can be used to transport your luggage to the hotel.
Luggage service by prior arrangement from the valley station in Stechelberg or from Lauterbrunnen: CHF 20.00.

ADAPTERS / CHARGERS

Adapters and chargers can be borrowed at the reception desk.

MINIBAR

For environmental reasons, our hotel rooms are not equipped with minibars.

SAFE

Every hotel room has a safe. We accept no liability for stolen valuables.

ADDITIONAL PILLOWS / DUVETS

Additional pillows, duvets or anti-allergenic pillows are available on request at the reception desk.

LAUNDRY

Personal laundry can be dropped off at the reception desk for a fee (price list on request) and collected 24 hours later. Dry cleaning is not available.

SKI ROOM

Please leave your winter sports equipment and ski and snowboard boots in the hotel's own ski room.

The guest card entitles you to discounts at various tourism facilities in the Lauterbrunnen Valley; among others to free admission to the indoor swimming pool at the Alpine Sports Centre in Mürren.

ALPINE SPORTS CENTRE MÜRREN

Holders of a guest card benefit from free admission to the indoor swimming pool and a 25% discount on wellness services (massages, sauna, cosmetic treatments)

The evacuation plan is displayed on the door of your hotel room. Instructions from staff must be followed. The assembly point is located in front of the stationbuilding left hand to the hotel.
